Zeeshan (Zee) Mirza
Backed by 30+ years of private equity and operations experience, Zee founded US Modular Capital to bring flexible, financing solutions to the volumetric construction industry.
Zee has held numerous leadership roles including CEO, Chief Transformation and Board Member at private equity-owned companies managing portfolios in business and consumer services, technology, retail, and healthcare.
Zee earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts—an institute focused on invention to help solve for tomorrow’s important challenges. Before MIT, Zee graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Religious Studies from Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Etai Timna
As Chief Revenue Officer to US Modular Capital, Etai brings over a decade of hands-on leadership experience in the construction and modular industry. He holds significant expertise in managing and delivering volumetric modular construction projects and has established a vast network of trusted manufacturing partners.
Before US Modular Capital, Etai held executive roles at top modular building companies advising on projects for many of the largest developers and general contractors in the country.
Etai earned a Master of Architecture from University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University.

Jan Sparks
As Chief Credit Officer and Head of Underwriting at US Modular Capital, Jan leads funding initiatives to structure a wide range of modular construction loans. She specializes in real estate private equity, structured finance, dispositions, commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS), and financial analysis.
Jan brings 30+ years of experience as a commercial real estate executive managing structured finance platforms, complex loans, originating, underwriting, conducting due diligence, and risk management including all phases of project management and transaction management.
Jan is a certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on accounting from Texas Tech University.

Rezwan (Rez) Mirza
Rezwan is a proven finance executive with a track record of success in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, finance, management, and operations. He brings to US Modular Capital extensive funding expertise, raising over $100 billion from capital markets.
With strong leadership and lending experience—including managing a $35 billion corporate credit portfolio—Rez served at the world’s top financial institutions including Barclays, UBS, and Ernst & Young among others. Rez held roles as EVP of Mergers and Acquisitions, CFO, Managing Partner, and Executive Director of Investment Banking.
Rez is a certified public accountant and holds an MBA from University of Chicago and a Master of Accounting from Rice University. Prior, Rez graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Rice University.

Mark Skender
Mark is an experienced real estate leader with a unique combination of success in entrepreneurship, company growth, industry disruption, and non-profit organization transformation. He co-founded and grew Skender Construction, a leading Chicago-based general contractor from annual revenues of $800k into an innovative, industry-leading brand at $420m.
Mark created an industry disruptive vision of vertically integrating volumetric modular design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction resulting in generating a pipeline of 30+ projects totaling ~$300m.
In addition to his success, Mark has advised multiple organizations including McKinsey & Company, Hostelling International (USA), and Frances Xavier Warde School Chicago. He was also an adjunct professor of construction management at Northwestern University’s Master of Project Management.
Mark holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University as well as a Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Ulrich Brechbuhl
Ulrich is a successful business executive and senior government official with over 30 years of leadership experience. He holds a proven track record for creating significant value in multiple industries and organizations. As a multi-time C-suite executive and board member of private equity and publicly owned companies, Ulrich has led over ten businesses focused on healthcare, financial services, aerospace, and defense.
Ulrich served as Counselor of the United States Department of State and Acting Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy. He was also an advisory board member of multiple industrial businesses both domestic and international. Prior, Ulrich founded and served as CFO of Thayer Aerospace.
Ulrich holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy.
